Niko shared its understanding about the relations between food and medicine based on the famous words by Fukuoka. “Food and Medicine are not different things: They are front and back of one body. Chemical grown vegetables may be eaten for food. But they cannot be used as Medicine”. “The ultimate goal of farming is not the growing of crops but the cultivation and perfection of human beings.”
