The author and farmer, Niko shared his understanding on the importance of ‘Starting a Garden’ based on the Dr. Vandana Shiva words as a practical soluition to address some of the environmantal issues, climate crisis and food insecurity. Dr. Vandana Shiva said “40% of the solutions to climate changes lies in organic, ecological farming in the hand of small farmers”.
